Here's an easy to follow recipe for your child.  Its tasty, delicious, and most of all super healthy snack for the whole family to enjoy.  I am so proud of my son, Dastan Aggarwal, for having interest in the kitchen.  Here's Dastan demonstrating how easy it is to make Hummus at home.   We hope it will inspire kids alike to partake in the kitchen with their parents.
Please make sure your child is supervised especially when handling blender or any sharp materials in the kitchen.

1 1/2 cup of boiled chickpeas
1/4 cup of tahini
1 clove of minced garlic
lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water
1 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
dash of paprika (serving)
